About me

It's all about the stories. There were books, first, many, many books. Then there was music, which led to singing, and the stories of women like Salome, Ellen Orford, Vanessa, and so many more, with poetry set to music by Duparc, Sibelius, Debussy and Schoenberg. Then I started stringing words together on my own, which resulted in two very passionately dreadful epic novels, and many stories.

Two degrees and three trunked novels later, I'm now an Assistant Editor at Lightspeed Magazine, and have been lucky enough to been with the magazine since its inception. (And look! We've been nominated for a Hugo, in our first year!) I love what I do there, and can't say enough good things about our team. And wow, does reading this much science fiction help your own wheels spin.
